Account deletion and privacy requests

MediSync is the company operating this service. Contact the MediSync support team for account and privacy requests using the channels below.

MediSync physical address: Salitran 1, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, Philippines.

If you can sign in, use the account-deletion option in your settings where available. Business ownership may need to be transferred or resolved first. Some account roles, including administrator accounts, require support assistance.

If you cannot sign in or use self-service deletion, email support@medisync.carefever.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. You can also use in-app support. These channels accept other privacy-rights requests as well.

What to include

• Your name and the email address associated with the account.
• The account or records concerned and what you want deleted or corrected.
• If acting for another person or business, explain your authority to make the request.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, complete payment details or unsolicited identity-document copies. If additional verification is necessary, support will explain what proportionate information is required.

What happens to records

We assess the request, verify identity or authority where needed, and explain the action or any lawful limitation. Account closure does not erase every linked receipt, payroll record, business record, message, security log or legal-acceptance record. Some records may need to be retained, restricted or anonymized for an applicable legal duty, investigation, claim or another person's rights.

Ownership or role restrictions on self-service deletion do not remove your rights under privacy law. See the Privacy Notice for processing details and rights. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission. Formal complaints are subject to its filing rules, including applicable prior-notice requirements and exceptions.
